How to sign a document in Pages/

There is no signing feature in Pages. If you have an image capture of your signature from a digitizer, you can drag and drop that image where you want to place your signature, or you can create a signature in Apple's Preview and after exporting your Pages document to PDF, open that PDF in Preview and apply the digital signature as an annotation.
