Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS and that your apps are up to date.

Try doing a Forced Reboot.

1. Press and release Volume Up

2. Press and release Volume Down

3. Press and hold the Power Button.

The screen will turn off briefly, when you see the Apple Boot logo, release again.
