Cannot connect to account/apple-id

If I'm going to my Apple-ID account in settings on my phone and tap "Media & Puchases" then tap "view account" the wheel starts to spin and after a while i get the message "cannot connect"

Same happens if I try to access my account in Apple Music.

Please check:

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
