YouTube app requires iOS 14 or later 

For sure check your iPhone model & iOS version -> Go to: Settings -> General -> About.

If it is an iPhone 6S you can update to iOS 15.7.3, you can check by reading this Apple article:

Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update -> Download and Install.

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

I want to download YouTube application

YouTube is a Web App on the Mac, it only downloads as an app on iPhone or iPad (which is also available through the web browser as a Mobile Web App). Just enter youtube.com and you’re good to go 👍
