If you follow the directions to look at "support.apple.com/iPhone/restore", the resulting link that appears below provides instructions about what to do.


If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


If this all looks too intimidating, best to make an appointment at the Apple Store or visit an authorized Apple Service shop.
