My iPhone is 12.5.7. How can I update it?

You haven't said what model phone you have. If it is an older model, chances are it cannot be updated as older models lack the components needed to run newer software. Check your model to see if it is eligible for an update.

Unfortunately, any device running iOS 12.5.7 is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.
