Hey Endrix70

Thanks for letting us know all the step you have tried. If you haven't run First Aid yet on your Mac found in Disk Utility, we ask that you give this step a try.

If no errors are found and/or corrected, and you still see this same behavior with the external hard drives, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support.

Take care!

Hello Endrix70,

We would like to see how we can help you with seeing your external hard drives on your Mac. If you go to Finder > Settings > General, is hard disks checked? Check out this link for more information and let us know if you have any questions: Connect and use other storage devices with Mac - Apple Support

"Connect a storage device

  • Connect the device to your Mac using the cable that came with it, then use the Finder to view the connected device.
  • If the cable doesn’t have a connector that fits in your Mac, you may be able to use an adapter. See the documentation that came with the device.

Move files to or from an external storage device

  1. Make sure your Mac is connected to the external storage device (for example, using a USB cable or over a network).
  2. Click the Finder icon  in the Dock to open a Finder window, then do one of the following to move your files.
    • Move files to the storage device: Select one or more files on the desktop or in a folder, then drag them to the storage device, listed below Locations in the Finder sidebar.
    • Move files from the storage device: Select the storage device, listed below Locations in the Finder sidebar, then drag the files you want to a location on your Mac."

Cheers!

Hi, I've done a thousand tests.

I connected a different external HD via USB c, USB 3, thunderbolt.

HD with different Mac formatting. All disks that with Ventura 13.1 work well and work on.

With Ventura 13.2 not even Utility Disk sees them.

The only way to see them is to reboot in safe mode.

But then we can't work on them.

It is a Ventura 13.2 operating system problem, not a hardware problem.

Please help me!!
