If you have AirPods Pro (1st Generation), they may be covered by a recall for sound issues: AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues - Apple Support To see if you qualify to have your AirPods Pro replaced, please contact Apple Support: Official Apple Support. If you don't have AirPods Pro (1st Generation), contact Apple Support: support.apple.com to set up a replacement with an Apple representative.
