Show menu bar on all screens - macOS Ventura

I am currently running Ventura 13.1 on a MacBook Pro 13 (2020), with an external monitor. After updating the OS the menu bar is showing only on one of the screens. I would like to have the menu bar showing on both screens.

I tried setting this in System Settings > Displays > Arrange Displays, but there is no option to set the menu bar to be showing on all the screens.

I also tried setting the option in System Settings >> Desktop & Dock >> Menu Bar >> Automatically hide and show the menu bar to Never, but that didn't do it.

Is there a way to have the menu bar showing on all screens in macOS Ventura?

System Settings->Desktop & Dock->Mission Control

CHECK "Displays have separate Spaces".
