can't login itunes

i can't go to the app store because my icloud is not registered on iTunes but when i try to register on itunes it fails

old iphone can't login to appstore but can on icloud i have an iphone 4 that i've successfully logged into with my apple id, but whenever i login to the apple store or itunes, it insists that my account information are all incorrect. i've successfully logged into icloud.com, itunes, and apple music on my pc with my current account information, and yet i am unable to on this particular device. any help would be appreciated. thanks!

i need to log in on apple store. when i try to download a application it tell me to log in my apple id but then when i do it ,it say contact itunes support to complete this transaction why cant i log in
