varies by model, typically under US$250.
The charge is to "make it right" -- no surprise add-ons. Parts and labor included. Standard 90 day warranty on the repair and parts (but if the battery lasts 90 days it will last years if not abused.).
On some models, you get a new keyboard and trackpad as well as the top plate they are all mounted on.
