How I will update my iPhone

An iPhone 6 can't be updated beyond 12.5.7, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run anything higher.

If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.

To update to 12.5.7 -

Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

The iPhone 6 Plus can only be updated to iOS 12.5.7

Settings > General > Software Update

An iPhone 6 Plus cannot update past iOS 12. You need a newer phone if you need a newer iOS version.

Your iPhone is too old and would not be compatible with the newer software updates.
