Purchase decline on iPad Pro

I'm trying to purchase on the Apple store on my iPad Pro, and my payment is being declined. My card details are correct the only thing I find unusual, my billing address is not the same on my Mac and iPad, even though using the same Apple ID.

How to complete your purchase if a payment failed or was declined

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Payment & Shipping.
  4. Add a different payment method and remove the old one
  5. Try to complete your purchase.


If you still can't make a purchase


my billing address is not the same on my Mac and iPad,

Use the same billing address.


Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

  • edit your billing addres.

or 

To change the billing address you can do (macOS & Windows OS) via iTunes

Start Music (-> Click on iTunes) -> side bar click iTunes Store -> go to Account (top bar) -> View Account -> Sign in -> Apple ID Summary -> Billing Address -> Edit.

or 

(iPhone & iPad) Go to -> Settings -> tap your Profile -> Payment and shipping -> Change Address.

Edit the Address -> tap Done.
