New AppleTV voice over is too easy to turn on
I just upgraded to the new Apple TV. Is there a way to permanently disable the Voice Over? It comes on all the the time by mistake now and its very difficult to turn in off.

The Accessibility Shortcut can invoke any of the accessibility functions as configured in Settings. By unchecking all functions, the Accessibility Shortcut will be disabled.
