my left airpod has no sound

my left Airpod had no audio if i connect it to my Bluetooth. I tried all sorts of tutorials on youtube, google, and even this website. but nothing seems to work. The microphone and the force sensor still works though. I tried connecting it to my iPhone and android but there's still no sound coming out from my left airpod. it was working a while a go if i pushed it hard in my ear but suddenly that technique didn't work all of a sudden. I really need help since I can't afford to buy a new one nor get it fixed.
