Can you mirror iphone 13 to ipad pro

To my knowledge, that's not possible with native Airplay (just to Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV, or Mac).

I've heard about 3rd parties apps (i.e. ApowerMirror or TeamViewer or similar, available on AppStore), but I never tried those apps, so I can't judge. You can give them a try.
