My wife’s iPhone 8 displays my name on outgoing calls - how to change to hers!?

Contact your cellular carrier. They will need to change that in their system.

The name associated with outgoing caller ID is controlled by your cellular carrier. Contact your carrier.

When you receive a call the name of the contact containing the number received, is displayed.

Here’s what she just told me:

“I just had to test my office voice mail by calling myself. My cellphone shows up as "Thomas Pinch" on caller i.d. We need to figure out how to change that.”
