I've seen previous threads on this but it appears it has reared its ugly head again. I have iOS 16.3.1 and I am not able to receive verification texts from my mobile carrier (T-Mobile), VA.gov, usajobs.gov, id.me, etc.
I've done all the trouble shooting (known) from resetting network settings, resetting the phone, and ensuring the proper settings are set. I've had no issues before but for the past 48hrs, no joy. Help! Please.
I would contact T-Mobile as they are responsible for SMS texts. I have AT&T on an iP13P also on 16.3.1 and no issues for me. Good luck.

Thanks! Making my way to T-Mobile in a few. Been on the phone with them for a couple of hours with no joy. 1st world problems sometimes.....!
