A. You can't.  The iPhone 6 will only install to iOS12. See here: Update your iPhone or iPad Software if you're Experiencing Issues with Location, Date, and Time - Apple Support. And, for the note, even if you could update, only the latest version will install: iOS 16.

Hello but that’s not possible because the iPhone 6 has stopped receiving Updates so it’s permanently stuck on the latest iOS version it can handle

iOS 12.5.7 is as far as the iPhone6 can go.
