I subscribed to Blackberry Enterprise few year ago on my previous iPhone.
But now I no longer use this app. I already cancel the subscription on AppStore, but BB still keep charge my account every 6 months.
I tried to install and cancel from the App, but I cant login cause I need to activate the login from the previous phone.
May I know is there any method to cancel this subscription?

If you have created your subscription to Blackberry Enterprise through Apple, then there is only one place where the subscription can be cancelled, that is here: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Select Blackberry Enterprise from the list. If the subscription has been terminated, it will also state when it expires, e.g. Expires 06/01/2023. When that date comes, the subscription close there and you will not have to pay any more.
