All of my photos, icons, etc. that have red are now hot pink. Pictures of my red KC Chiefs shirt look hot pink, etc. In all the card games, the hearts and diamonds are hot pink, instead of the usual red. Even the battery icon shows hot pink instead of red.
How can I correct the color?

Please make sure you don't have any color filters set in Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Color Filters:
