When restoring backup from iCloud downloading speed is too slow,even my internet is 500M fiber

You mentioned that the download speed is slow, despite the network conditions being able to support up to 500 MB. In this case, we'd recommend restarting your router/modem, since the iCloud restore process is affected by the speed of the network, this would be the first step to complete. If you're unsure how to complete that process, contact your internet service provider.
Afterwards, make sure there is limited network activity being completed, such as gaming, streaming, downloads, etc.
