Re: How can completely uninstall a app from my phone

Wondering what kind of app (Eg: Apple-built in, App Store, third-party (non-Apple).

For third-party (non-Apple) apps, use the uninstaller from the app developer.

If needed: How to contact an app developer – Apple Support

For Apple apps: Some can not be removed: Those that can are listed in article below:

Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"On your iOS or iPadOS device, touch and hold the app.

Tap Remove App from the shortcut menu.

Tap Delete App from the submenu".

More info: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

NB: If you delete an app, it doesn’t cancel in-app subscriptions that you might have. While deleting an app, you might see a Cancel Subscriptions option. Learn how to cancel your subscriptions.
