Track pad error on MacBookPro and Ventura
3 remote diagnostics by Apple Support on a 2023.01 delivered Refurbished M1 Pro 2021 MacBookPro 14" (Ventura 13.2.1) all identified 'track pad error'.
I'm told to deliver the machine to an Apple Authorized dealer (re-seller) for 'more diagnosis'. Community views much appreciated if:
- a new track pad is the likely remedy or
- this is an unresolved problem problem waiting on a future software update?
- other?
