How do I reset my Keychain password?`

Whenever I try to use Keychain to find out the other passwords I forgot because the websites forced me to change them multiple times my Keychain says I have to enter a password. Except I don't have a password on my computer to log in since nobody else uses it. It won't let me see my other passwords even when I press enter. I know there is a password and I need to know how to reset it so I can get access to my other passwords. How do I reset it?
