Refund shows as completed on iTunes, but I didn't receive my money back

I received a message from the iTunes Store about my refund request, so I checked in "Check status of claims." I see "You have been refunded for this purchase," but I have not received a refund. What can I do? Please help me. Thank you.

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


If it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
