How to share an app subscription in family sharing!
I have an app I want to share the subscription I purchased with one of the family members that is not already listed. How do I do that?

I am understanding you wish to share an app subscription with somebody who is not in your family sharing list. Click on this link to learn how to 'Set up Family Sharing' --> Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
Read the section: "Invite people to join your family"
Also note that the app has to allow sharing with other people. Some require a higher level subscription.
