How do I get the photos back on my iPhone?
I changed several phones and I don't have the photos. How do I get them back or have I reset the

If your photos are in iCloud and you use the same Apple ID where the photos are.
Then you can activate Photos in iCloud here:
Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Photos
Your photos will synchronize when you have enough battery and are connected to Wi-Fi.
You can also get an overview of your photos in iCloud here:
https://icloud.com - sign in with your Apple ID and go to Photos.
