Nope. Your options to remove Activation Lock are the original purchase receipt or similar legal paperwork sufficient to convince Apple of your ownership and to release Activation Lock, or use of the Apple ID and password holding Activation Lock either by the current owner remotely using iCloud, or directly entered into the device.
