my iphone Xr is dictating all ALL voices to text, conversation, app audio, television.

the text appears in messages, websearches, email body

If you don't want your iPhone to dictate when you type, disable the feature here:

Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Typing Feedback

Disable these features:

Also go to Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content

Disable Speak Selection and Speak Screen
