Problem in buying an app from appstore

Hi, I redeem 25 dollar to my apple Id and I am trying to buy an app but it didnt work , when i try to buy a message says (insufficient remainig store credit) appears, How can i solve this problem?

It could be you had outstanding purchases and the $25 was used to pay for those.


Read this article about how to check your Apple ID balance.--> Check your Apple Account balance - Apple Support

- If you think that your Apple ID balance is incorrect, sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store, then sign back in and check the balance again. If you still think that the balance is incorrect, check your purchase history to see if a subscription renewed or you bought an item.

Also realize that despite this being the age of fast computers, transactions may take a finite amount of time to process*. Even within the Apple system a transaction may take up to 48 hours to clear (e.g., Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support ).


If you still have problems:


Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
