Can you unhide an entire iPad photo album instead of one at a time?

I found this to select multiple photos:

• Open the Photos app and go to the desired photo collection > Select.
• Drag a finger across the photos you want. Drag down to select an entire row.

While photos can be individually selected and hidden, iOS/iPadOS doesn’t offer a select-all function with the Photo Library. As such, it isn’t possible to hide all photos as a single action.
