Apple Watch Series 8 fall detection fails again to detect a real fall. Only detects every day quick movements

Last fall 2022, I bought the latest greatest series 8 apple watch especially for the fall detection because I now live alone and am 74.

It constantly detects as a fall when I reach for items in a cabinet or step up or down stairs or a step stool. Even when I have turned quickly. I would say in the 4 months I have had the watch it triggers a false fall detection twice a week!

But this is the second time I have taken a real fall, a hard fall from full standing to flat on my back, on my hillside garden, and the fall did not register, no detection.

WTF. I hit my head pretty hard, just missing a rock.

I could still be lying there, dying, looking good wearing the very fashionable Apple Series 8 watch to my grave!

Apple is having a major problem with cry wolf emergency calls that are directly Apple's problem.

It has an altimeter and accelerometer so why was not my 5'8" frame enough to trigger the fall in this case. Because I was lifting a tall object, my arm was over my head, so the watch moved in a 5-to-6-foot arch quickly. That should have generated a rapid motion and a sudden stop.
