Why won’t my apple watch turn on?
my apple watch has been on the charger for hours and it blinks the apple logo while on the charger but is a blank black screen when it’s off the charger. what is going on

I suspect the battery on your series 1 watch is on its last leg. You can try the steps in:
If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support
But I suspect the battery needs to be replaced. Support for the series 1 watch is very minimal or non-existent.
