Will Apple warranty be void ?

Hey,my macbook air m1 has got a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen and when i asked about it to the reseller they said it will be replaced, but my macbook has some scratches on the lid and as far as i know the entire top lid is gonna be replaced if my screen is eligible for repair under warranty, will having a few scratches on the lid void the warranty?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.2

Here is a link to the current info from Apple:

I don't know what their current policy is re. acceptable number of dead pixels. I believe it'd be more than one. And, you'd need to tell us if your warranty is the regular mfr's one year warranty or Applecare as the terms may differ. They also include the terms regarding other damage. Here is a link to both:

Legal - Hardware Warranties - Apple

Legal - AppleCare+ - Apple
