Your question is a bit confusing.
PayPal and Apple Pay are 2 different payment conduits or platforms.
You can use Pay Pal as a payment method on your Apple ID in supported countries for purchases in the iTunes & App Stores, but it cannot be used for Apple Pay. You cannot use Apple Pay through PayPal either. click here ➜ Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
