You will need to fully sign-out from all Apple services and iCloud - and then sign-in using your other AppleID.

Be aware that when signing-out from iCloud, you will have opportunity to save a local copy of iCloud data associated with the current AppleID. If you save a copy of this data, it will be irreversibly merged with the iCloud data of the next AppleID that is used to sign-in to iCloud.
