Logged in with 2 Apple IDs…

Somehow I am signed into my iPhone with my Apple ID, but into the subscriptions with a different (old) Apple ID...How do I switch my subscription back to my main Apple ID?

You don't, sorry.

Apps and related subscriptions/in-app purchases are permanently tied to the Apple ID & Password that were used to download/install them.

If you want, you can redownload/reinstall them using the "main" Apple ID you're adopting now.
