How do I get my Apple ID back and with it 10 yrs of my life’s docs pictures apps music** banking info

ben is alerted every time Apple or myself has tried to obtain a new password or access to my..MY Apple ID. He is able to stop any way I’ve tried to gain access to my MY music apps contacts id’s credit cards pictures.. how do I get in front of him I no longer have access to the old phone# he has it and the phone and my Apple ID therefore my bank ect ect ect
