With voiceOver turned on my iPadAir was turned off. When I turned it out using touchID it asked for my passcode. I have tried for possibly 9 times so before a complete lockdown and factory default setup, how do I enter my passcode?

Do you know how to use iPad/iPhone on Voiceover.
Whatever you want to type, you have to select it first. After selecting Double tap on screen to type that character.
