Report scam number from text message in iPhone 13 Pro Max

I have tried to find a way to report a scam text message on ,y iPhone 13 Pro Max. I cannot find the number despite trying "Recents" and seems no way to find this and add to block list.

Tried to look it up on internet but none of the sites I have found correspond withe my iPhone which is just over a year old and is up to date as far as software is concerned. Everyone, including Apple! seem to have the same problem.

Can anyone help?
