Trying to delete an app from library but only get add to home screen or share app. How do I delete off my Iphone?

There are several possibilities:

• Some built-in apps cannot be deleted→Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch
• If it has a Profile you must delete the profile first→How to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• If neither of the above answer, and if you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.Then try deleting the app again.

Sounds like an app that you cannot delete at all. Which app is it?
