should I delete @<unknown> in keychain/local items that are more than three years old?

Unless you are having an issue with your Keychain, you shouldn't have to remove items stored in it. However, you are certainly free to delete any item as you deem necessary. This particular item may have been the result of an invalid entry being stored.
