Keyboard "M" Soft Actuation

I have had my Macbook Pro M2 14" for less than a week, this evening I noticed that the "m' key was not as responsive as the other keys throughout the keyboard. The best way I can describe the issue is that "m" key does not actuate the same way as the other keys. All of the other keys have a satisfying click to them, but the "m" key feels flat, and I only feel the button hitting the bottom. When releasing the button, the key does not have the same pop as the others do.

I have followed Apple Support's suggestion on How to clean the keyboard of your MacBook or MacBook Pro - Apple Support. After following this twice, the issue persists.

What would the next steps be?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.2

You have a limited 14 days for an exchange or refund for any reason—see Returns & Refunds Order status

Only items that have been purchased directly from Apple, either online or at an Apple Retail Store

Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple

Your 90 days of complimentary telephone support begins on the date of purchase.

Customer Support (800) MY–APPLE (800–692–7753)

That 14-day return/exchange policy only applies in countries where you can buy DIRECT from Apple

After that it would be service under warranty for a hardware issue.
