I can not download any app in my phone

What can i do if  every time that i Zwant to download an app a sentence appear on my phone “your phone has been disconnected from apple store and itunes

Start here, check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
