How can I view DNG files on a Mac (without Photoshop)?

I can download the files and open them with QuickLook and Preview and Photos, but they don't display properly. Is there an application or conversion tool that can be used to access the files properly?

Thanks very much.

Maybe there's a problem with the file.

You're welcome. That's possible. Do you have any other DNG files you can check? If not, there are a few here: https://www.kenrockwell.com/leica/m9/sample-photos-3.htm
