Keychain Update on my iPad Pro

I got a new iPad and used iCloud to load with previous backup of old iPad. When backup was finished, my keychain info was not in it. It had about 5 app passwords in it from the date I was backing up I had from 40-60 passwords in the date I was backing up from. How can I get my keychain reloaded with passwords?
