Downloaded song from iTunes can’t find in ringtones

Is it a full song you bought or is it a short 30 second version? The normal songs from the Music category in iTunes cannot be used as ringtones, only for playback.

iTunes I purchased a ringtone from Spotify on my iPhone 11. When I go to settings then ringtones it shows the song was downloaded. But it does not show up under Ringtones. I can not locate it in order to set my ringtone.
