Canceling automatic credit card charges
I want to cancel a charge for an app that I do not want to renew.

Or if the charge is for upgraded iCloud storage, cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in the following Apple article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
