There is an export option on Microsoft ToDo but it's exporting from the mailbox. So you are going to end up with stuff in Microsoft proprietary format. That's not very useful.


Notes can import only text

Import your notes and files to the Notes app - Apple Support


Copy and pasting the content may be the way to go. One note at a time.
